My massage Jaathiya provided me with great customer service. She made me very comfortable and my massage was the best I have had in a long time. She's very much so the real deal, and i was very pleased. If you are looking to feel rejuvenated after a massage. I would definitely recommend Jaathiya.

My massage therapist Jaathiya was so amazing. I went to this location because she specialized in firm/deep tissue massages, which is what I needed. I have daily aches and pain from 22 years in the military and I needed a deep tissue massage. It was amazing, she asked what areas I need her to concentrate on and she hit all those areas. I immediately booked her for another appointment 3 weeks later. Don't hesitate, book with Jaathiya and make your health a priority:-)

Lakenia (Grand Prairie location) was the sweetest, most professional masseuse. She really enjoys and takes her job seriously. She was so good that I signed up for a membership! They didnt have try and sell me anything, I had my mind made up after my message. She worked out every knot and kink I had and the hot towels were heaven!!! Lakenia was absolutely the best! Please go get a message and ask for her!

Last night, I decided last minute to book a massage as I was in a lot of pain and desperately praying for relief. I was slightly worried I might get a disappointed therapist who thought their night was over, but instead what I got was a full blown blessing! Mr. Masi is hands down one of the best and most professional massage therapists I've ever met. The knots I experience are diabolical work, and when I say this man took the time to work on each individual knot like it was its own entity, whooo baby I couldnt rebook fast enough. The entire experience felt personalized, authentic, and extremely relieving. No offense to massage envy itself, but he is the reason I will come back for sure! But on that note I would also like to shout out the front desk who was very professional, informative, and fun to talk with. Hands down, this was my best Massage Envy experience I've ever had. Thank ya'll so much!

Carolyn is a skincare EXPERT. Her demeanor is so relaxing. I love getting the concern focused chemical peel with the red light. It calms my skin and works on minimizing pores and fine lines. I've bought several PCA products per Carolyns recommendations and I've seen great improvements in my skin texture and hydration. The front staff are always kind and professional. I can't say enough good things about this location and the services they offer. So glad I'm a wellness program member and my services are discounted. Very affordable and the quality is top-tier.
